At WebComforts (SMC-Private) Limited, we strive to ensure total satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services and third-party costs (like domains), the following policy applies to all transactions.
Note to Customers: By purchasing any service from WebComforts, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Web Hosting & Managed Services
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on web hosting fees if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
- Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to administrative fees, custom software installs, or bandwidth overages.
2. Domain Names & SSL Certificates
- Non-Refundable: Domain name registrations, renewals, and SSL certificates are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the cost is paid immediately to the registrar and cannot be reversed.
- Ownership: Even if you cancel your service with us, you retain ownership of your domain for the duration of the registration period.
3. Website Development & SEO
- Project Deposits: Deposits for website development are refundable only if the project has not yet commenced.
- Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is reached and approved by the client, the associated payment is non-refundable.
- SEO Services: SEO is a service-based monthly commitment. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, but payments for months already serviced are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service, you must follow these steps:
- Email a formal cancellation request to support@webcomforts.com from your registered email address.
- Include your Invoice Number or Service ID.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the **original payment method** (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card) used during the purchase, as per banking regulations in Pakistan.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues. We reserve the right to suspend all services immediately if a forced chargeback or dispute is initiated through the bank before contacting our support.
